As a Talent Agent at LAX Global, these are the steps to onboard a new talent Step 1: Client review Before you can official sign a talent to LAX Global, you must first submit that client for review by the team. Email the client profile and instruction to agent@laxsocietyltd.com for consideration Step 2: Interview with prospective Client In certain cases, a interview with the prospective client may be required Step 3: Contract with Client If approved, then present the new client with a LAX Contract. This can be find in your talent agent portal by under 'contracts' Step 4: Contract signing Once the client signs the contract, your next step is to send it to legal@lax-global.com so that our Chief Executive officer can sign it as well. Step 5: Added to our database After all step is completed, the client will be added to our database and website.
